Cases of our success

Challenge. Engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) was a major hurdle in our clinical trials. Traditional outreach led to long response times, delaying feasibility assessments and trial initiation. In neurology, where KOLs are particularly busy, securing insights quickly was challenging.

Our Approach. To overcome this, Viacrystal took a proactive approach. We actively attended local Stroke conferences, enabling face-to-face discussions with KOLs. This built trust, strengthened collaborations, and accelerated feasibility assessments.

Result. Despite Hungary joining a trial late, we achieved full patient enrollment within a year. Our strategic KOL engagement streamlined feasibility and helped sponsors launch trials faster.
